Why I do this work
Hi! I’m Holly
For a long time, I looked like I was holding it together on the outside… while my nervous system felt overwhelmed on the inside. I was functioning, surviving, doing what needed to be done—yet I didn’t feel grounded, clear, or safe in my own body.
Hypnosis became a turning point for me. Not in a dramatic, “mind control” way—but as a gentle, grounded process that helped me slow down, connect inward, and understand the emotional patterns my body and subconscious were holding. It gave me access to clarity and self-trust in a way that talking, traditional therapy, and willpower alone didn’t.
Now I offer that same kind of support to others—especially people who feel stuck in anxiety and depression loops, parenting overwhelm, emotional eating patterns, or repeating relationship dynamics.

My approach
- Calm, steady presence (no judgment, no pushing)
- Grounded and not overly “woo” or clinical
- Guided at your pace, with consent and choice
- Supportive honoring your real life—not perfection
I work from a nervous-system-first lens. That means we prioritize safety, regulation, and self-compassion—because lasting change happens more easily when your system can exhale.
Hypnosis sessions are collaborative and client-led. You remain aware and in control the entire time. This work is not about forcing breakthroughs—it’s about creating the internal space where insight, calm, and change can emerge naturally.
We Should Work Together If…
1
You feel anxious, reactive, or emotionally overwhelmed by daily demands
2
You’re parenting on empty and don’t recognize your reactions
3
You’re tired of “powering through” and want live your life, not just survive
4
You’re repeating patterns and want clarity without shame

“After struggling with weight and self-sabotage for years, I experienced a breakthrough during a hypnosis session with Holly, where I released a childhood memory tied to my shame, leaving me feeling validated and at peace with food and my body.”
